This will explain how to locate your Google Play Transaction ID / Order number.

What is a Google Play Transaction ID?

The Google Play Transaction ID helps identify a purchase made through the Google Play Store. This information is necessary when requesting a refund for a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store.

Note: You must open a support ticket within 5 weeks of purchasing for us to be able to offer a refund.

Where Can I Find The Transaction ID?

This can be found in either the email receipt from Google (not PayPal) or by logging into wallet.google.com. 

What Does a Google Play Transaction ID Look Like?

The Transaction ID / Order number will start with GPA and look like this: GPA.1324-8563-1722-49305
