Using Apple Health with the Cleveland Clinic Diet App
This article will explain how to connect the Apple Health app to auto-track steps and exericse, and explain what syncs between Apple Health/Apple Watch and the Cleveland Clinic Diet app.
How to Connect Apple Health to the Cleveland Clinic Diet App

- Open the Cleveland Clinic Diet app

- Tap Profile (top right corner)
- 3
- Scroll down to the Automatic Tracking section

- Select Apple Health
- 5
- Enable the categories you wish to sync to/from Health:
- Food & Nutrients
- Weight
- Workouts
- Steps
For each category, you'll be prompted that the Health app needs permission to share data with the Cleveland Clinic Diet app. Tap Proceed and turn all preferred categories on.
