How To Close or Delete Your Account

This article will explain how to close your Cleveland Clinic Diet app account and delete associated data. Please note: Once an account is closed, the data cannot be restored.

Close your Cleveland Clinic Diet Account

These steps will delete your account for any FitNow apps, as account credentials are shared across all FitNow apps.

iOS (Phone/iPad)

1: Open the Cleveland Clinic Diet app
2: Tap Profile (top right corner)
3: Scroll down to the Manage section
4: Tap Cleveland Clinic Diet Account
5: Tap Delete Account
6: Confirm you wish to proceed. Please also note that your subscription will not be automatically canceled if you delete your account. To cancel your existing subscription, click Manage Subscriptions.
7: Enter your password to confirm

Android

1: Open the Cleveland Clinic Diet app
2: Tap Profile (top right corner)
3: Scroll down to the Manage section
4: Tap Cleveland Clinic Diet Account
5: Tap Delete Account
6: Confirm by selecting Delete Account

You will need to delete the app to remove all data from your device(s).
